There are times in life when things feel like they should make sense but they don’t. You might be going through a transition, trying to keep up with expectations, or quietly feeling like you’re falling behind while others seem certain of where they’re headed. You may be questioning who you are, what you want, or where you fit in your family, your relationships, or the world around you.
In therapy, I look at what’s underneath the surface, not just the immediate stress, but the patterns and experiences shaping how you feel and respond. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, focusing on helping you slow things down, understand yourself more clearly, and make sense of what’s going on in a way that actually lasts. Therapy with me is not about fixing who you are, it’s about helping you understand yourself in a deeper way so you can feel more steady and connected as you move through life.
I support people through moments of change, uncertainty, and emotional overwhelm. This includes life transitions, identity exploration, grief and loss, family conflict, caregiving for an ill loved one, immigration and cultural adjustment, and the stress of trying to hold everything together when things feel heavy.
