Yes! We offer both virtual and in-person appointments to meet your needs. Flexible scheduling is available on weekdays and weekends, with no waitlist.

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee, as we reserve that time specifically for you.

Absolutely. You don’t need a diagnosis to seek support. If your child is experiencing emotional, behavioral, or developmental challenges, we’re here to help.

Your first session is a chance to share your story, ask questions, and explore your goals. We’ll work together to create a plan that feels right for you or your family.

Yes, we do. We are registered providers with: Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) program TELUS Health eClaims Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP) Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) Victim Crisis Assistance & Referral Service (VCARS) Medavie Blue Cross ePay Provider We also issue receipts that you can submit for reimbursement through most extended health insurance plans in Ontario.
