I am currently completing my practicum through the Toronto Centre for Psychotherapy & Counselling Education (TCPCE). I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Simon Fraser University, specialized training in Clinical Psychology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and a Master’s degree in Semiology of Psychology from Colegio de Semiología in Mexico. I have also completed over 300 hours of clinical work supporting individuals and families affected by addiction and recovery.

My approach to therapy is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and the belief that our experiences make sense within the context of our lives. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that have shaped you, honour both your strengths and your challenges, and create a space where healing can unfold at your own pace.

I have a particular interest in attachment, family systems, intergenerational patterns, trauma-informed care, and the ways our earliest relationships continue to shape our lives. Above all, I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive space where clients feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported as they move toward greater self-awareness and lasting change.
